A bank that feels personal

I've banked with Close Brothers Savings for many years. I have 3 accounts there, They may not be the best known savings bank, or have high visibility, but they are an important part of my finance management. They are helpful and easy to deal with, but communication always has a pesonal feel to it - soemthing rather sadly missing in most institutions.
