I started saving with close brothers when rate was 4. I started saving with close brothers when rate was 4.4% now rates are 2.38 big fall if you ask me Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

Competent, professional banking service.

We staŕted saving with Close Brothers many years ago. We have dealt with many banks over the years and found them to be easily the most user friendly and have utter confidence in their ability to look after our hard earned savings. They are number one in our opinion. Reviewed on: 10th January 2018

EXCELLENT BANKING EXPERIENCE

I had reason to phone the Close Brothers main office in London quite recently due to an oversight of an annual interest payment that should have been paid into my nominated account. The problem was quickly resolved by polite and courteous staff in a very professional and competent manner . Close Brothers are Excellent
