I started saving with close brothers when rate was 4. I started saving with close brothers when rate was 4.4% now rates are 2.38 big fall if you ask me Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

Close to Excellence.

After investing my transfered ISA into a 5 year bond at 1.6% the market picked up and interest rates climbed. I approached Close Brothers Customer Help Desk and was helped to close my ISa after 12 months without penalty and to reinvest in a 3 year ISA at 4.1%. Excellent service.
