I started saving with close brothers when rate was 4. I started saving with close brothers when rate was 4.4% now rates are 2.38 big fall if you ask me Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

I have ISAs and savings accounts and have found the on line experience fairly straight forward, however, keeping track of accounts when transferring matured ISAs can be confusing as the account numbers don't seem to be consistent, but overall I have been very happy with the service.
