This bank is amazing! They are so secure, they will not let you into your app if it is not secure. The people in the actual bank are lovely friendly and kind. I don’t know what other bank I would want to be with! Reviewed on: 7th March 2026

Great ethical bank.

Great ethical bank. Privilege Premier account has great features and we have travel insurance and mobile phone/gadget insurance as benefits. Have held this account for over 20 years and it’s fab. Reviewed on: 7th March 2026

Excellent ethical bank

I love that they are the only major bank not complicit in the Israeli apartheid in Alestine & genocide in Gaza. They are a genuinely ethical bank which is why I switched to them. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Been with them for years.

Been with the bank for many years, never had any issues, if I’m not sure of something they always have somebody that can help. Never had any issues reason that made me want to change banks. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Fantastic Customer Services.

Every time I have needed to contact the bank, they have been patient, informative and efficient, plus also personable - I have felt like an individual, and not just another account holder, I have left any calls or interaction feeling positive and well looked after.
