Good, but missing some easy and vital features

The app is clear and very easy to navigate but I would prefer having a desktop option as only being able to do banking through my phone is limiting. Also not being able to speak to someone over the phone is frustrating when a problem needs resolving as it can take days over the messages. Finally, Counting Up are missing money pots, this is something I need but they don’t offer. I like the accounting features a lot as this streamlines everything. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Always fine for what I need.

Always fine for what I need. I can manage my money well the charges are fine and easy to transfer money as well and I like that. It has a tax estimate as well so it gives you an idea how much you owe. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
