I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

The future of business banking

I've banked with CountingUp for two years now, and the whole experience of business banking with them is a joy. I'd prefer business cards to not be classed as 'prepaid', that's the only con that I can think of really, hence the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. However, the app, the process of taking payments, adding receipts to payments on the fly, and linking directly to your accountant, make CountingUp now essential and advantageous for my business.
