I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Good functionality, features and ease of use

As a start up, there are a hundred things to be doing, keep on top of and making decisions about. Counting up alleviates a lot of the admin, stress and confusion that can often arise when doing your finances! Everything is in 1 place and ready at your fingertips. The customer support team are always quick to respond and very helpful. CountingUp are always seeking to improve their service and seek their customer's feedback.
