I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Good company

On the whole a very good and professional company but could do better at dealing with complaints which are covered by legislation instead of making the customer go to the FCA. Reviewed on: 9th December 2019

Business Banking & Accounting made EASY!!

Main Street banks wouldn’t have me, my bank/building society doesn’t do business accounts... Up stepped Countingup and I couldn’t be happier and my accountant also has been instant access!
