I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Would recommend for small business

Counting up works perfectly for my small business. It’s easy to add new businesses/individuals to send invoices to, automatically matches up invoices to payments and I can send the automated invoices by email to clients with my company’s logo on. Allowed unauthorised transactions to take place on my account

Allowed unauthorised transactions to happen on my account despite me informing them they was unauthorised. Never provided any sort of support to help me retrieve the funds either. Would not recommend at all Reviewed on: 9th December 2019
