Good bank but lacks small things

It’s a good bank with some good rates and good user interface. The only thing that lets them down is the lack of a phone number to call in an emergency or sometimes you just need to talk to someone directly about an issue you’re having, instead of everything being done via chat box. I have banked with counting up for the last 5 years. They are excellent and make banking for my business straight forward and easy. They are forever evolving and they never cease to amaze me with there updates. As a customer they honestly listen to any concerns or ideas and then the team behind the scenes get to work on a solution. For me its a one stop solution for banking and accounting.
