I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

My experience with Counting Up has been fantastic, One of the things I appreciate most about Counting Up is the ease of online banking. Opening an account was quick and straightforward, and I love how transparent Counting Up is with fees. I’ve had no issues with payments or account security, and the clear financial insights provided by the app help me manage my business finances effectively. believe feedback should be constructive, and in my case, there’s very little to critique. If I had to suggest anything, it would be even more integrations with accounting software, but overall, I’m really happy with the service.
