I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Hi there , first time ,I was very happy with you , second , not very happy because some one stolen my phone and , the card was in the cover of the phone. I wrote you a email to stop and block my card , and send me a new card , but you ignored me . After one year, I discovered do a big mistake, transferred form my business account to my credit card, all the time money for but cleaning products, all my expenses, and my account tell me I have to pay 3500£ tax , because I don’t buy the things with your card . Simple!!

Counting up makes the whole process of invoicing and bookkeeping so much easier. I used to spend most of January entering all my receipts on to a spreadsheet. Now I know my figures day by day just from using my business bank account Reviewed on: 3rd February 2025

i have 2 accounts with counting up for 2 of my 3 bus...

Great app for new business owners

Easy app to use and navigate around. clear labels about categories. Even with the tax pot it’s very clear and detailed on where and how much money that’s going in there. Also gives you the paperwork information. First time I’ve heard of this app for my business and I’m fully confident and happy using it. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2025
