Not so good for medical conditions

I have taken out annual travel insurance because I was happy with the easy to use website and flexibility of cover options when I took out a single trip policy last year.Tried to get cover for my Mum with a few major medical conditions, but found the experience much more complicated and less transparent. Ended up going to Saga in the end. Not had to make a claim but suspect that a claim would possibly be as difficult as trying to get cover for pre-existing medical cover. Hopefully won’t find out.
