We decided to insure our e bikes and sons recumbent bikes due to the high theft levels at the moment and I can honestly say it could not have been more simple with cycleplan. I am of an age where online forms can be a bit of an issue but the website made it very simple to do and when it came time for renewal I was expecting the price to go up massively but it didn't change by more than a couple of £.
