Easy and affordable.

Joined Cycleplan on recommendation from a friend who had only positive experiences. I can echo these and while I have never had to claim they have been great with their service. I had to make changes to my policy and also extend it to European cover due to a Pyrenees cycle. They were great and easy to deal with. Will continue to use them. Reviewed on: 29th August 2018

A very helpful employee led me through the process of setting up my cycleplan with the options that would be best for me, the kit involved, my circumstances and my riding habits. Excellent

Clear on requirements

It was refreshing to receive information which was clear on the claim requirements that need to be met - before making a claim (with reminder emails sent with the information too) This means that customers are clear on what is required from them in order for claims to be approved - not every provider does this!
