10/10 would crash again

I always hoped my bike insurance would be like that fire extinguisher in the hallway - comforting to have, but never actually needed. Then life happened and suddenly my beloved bicycle was out of commission (I was out of commission as well unfortunately). Enter Cycleplan, like the hero in a high-vis cape. No endless paperwork. No hold music that slowly erodes your will to live. Just fast, friendly, efficient help that actually made me feel like a human being and not a claim number. They turned a full-on "oh no" into a manageable "ah, okay!" and honestly, in the world of insurance, that's nothing short of a miracle. 10/10, would crash again. (Kidding. Please no.)
