Easy and affordable.

Joined Cycleplan on recommendation from a friend who had only positive experiences. I can echo these and while I have never had to claim they have been great with their service. I had to make changes to my policy and also extend it to European cover due to a Pyrenees cycle. They were great and easy to deal with. Will continue to use them. Reviewed on: 29th August 2018

Parked bike for over 10 hours is cosidered "abandoned"

Wasted months with my claim for a stolen mountain bike only to be told that it was invalid as my bike was "abandoned" as it was parked form more than 10 hours. I wish I was aware of this before taking the policy out. After all in most scenarios - going to your local train station and then to work, going for a drink and picking up your bike next day wiil most likely mean your bike will be abandened.
