Excellent experience in all the years I have saved with Cynergy and the former Bank of Cyprus. Always helpful and staff have a lovely ' can-do' attitude. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026

Excellent customer service. and human.

The staff ay Cynergy Bank are helpful and polite. I am an elderly person who knows very little about investments and savings. I know very little about the internet accounts.
