A good trusted bank to manage your savings.

The bank offers good competitive rates of interest and staff are at hand to help solve issues if they arise. Have had pleasant and friendly communication in the past. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Lack of Empathy

Being of senior age without all the ways of opening and using accounts as we do with others, Cynergy expect you to jump through hoops. We were customers but not again when we can speak with people in other Savers, who have empathy and are caring. The security is far from easy to use and as we have no mobile phone or camera, Cynergy will not faeture in our savings programme Reviewed on: 24th March 2026
