Cynergy Bank offer a very good selection of products and interest rates. They are quick to answer the phone with queries and offer a very good website and app. When I have needed them to correct something they have done so with appropriate compensation. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

I chose to continue with this bank

Availability of key information, eg interest statements is OK for at least the previous tax year from previously closed accounts, though not all-time transactions. Good interest rate on savings - I feel a good compromise between rate and other factors. Information about pending transactions (eg notice period) is clear enough. Confidence in the security.
