Dreadful bank! Think twice

Dreadful bank! I lost a house purchase because I had over £900,000 in a savings account and I asked them to close it and weeks LATER after about 15 emails and numerous phone calls, was told there had been a computer glitch - SERIOUSLY! Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Market leader but could be more helpful

Cynergy always have market leading interest rates and bonuses on their savings accounts. They could make it easier for their loyal customers by alerting them when new accounts with better interest rates are available. It's time consuming having to keep checking and then having to open a new account and close the previous one to get the best rates. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great rates and great service!

It is very easy to apply for Cynergy's Online Easy Access and Online ISA accounts. The rates are great and recently have been increasing constantly. To make it easy to get the higher rates as they become available they operate a very simple Fast Track Apply system for established customers. I am happy to recommend Cynergy 100% and trust they will keep doing what they are doing so well! Reviewed on: 3rd June 2023
