Easy to use and functional bank.

Opening the account was straightforward. The on-line account was easy to manage, the app is simple and easy to navigate. The fixed rate bond paid out as promised and on time. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026

Very easy to set up an account, the website is easy to navigate and I have used the online messaging service too, which worked well. I have found it a bit tricky trying to download transactions/up to date statements to print off for my own records, but this is only a minor issue. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026

I recently opened a new instant access savings account with Cynergy. As I already hold accounts with them I was able to open the account using their fast track system online.
