Well i tried to get in contact with the people at the company and i couldnt get through to them for over two days. However after that wait they were very supportive and helped me out with my problem. So ya not great but at least they try. Reviewed on: 29th April 2015

we had our mortgage with them

I think they need to improve all this their is no reason why a company shouldn't know what's going on so their is deg room for improvement a lot of room and I hope these changes and improvement will happen soon Reviewed on: 17th April 2015
