Barnard Castle branch should open on Saturdays. DBS is good in comparison with other building societies, but they could bring back a branch in Cockerton. Reviewed on: 8th October 2024

I had to make a specific appointment to open account as came previously and unable to do so without an appointment. There was no mention on the website that an appointment was necessary. Reviewed on: 8th October 2024

Excellent customer service from Simon McCabe

Simon was incredibly helpful assisting me setting up an online login as I have been struggling to find time to come into branch and he was very patient with me and also my 8 month old baby who was shrieking for fun in the background! Reviewed on: 7th October 2024
