The branch staff are amazing.

The branch staff are amazing. They welcome you with a smile, and any query they will help you with, and if they don't know the answer they will go ask for help to make sure they provide the best service. I experienced great difficulty in opening my account via Darlington Online. Vicky drew the short straw when she answered the Helpline. She adjusted her speech level and speed upon being told I am profoundly deaf. Vicky also suggested I agree to have a flag attached to my details to alert future operators to my deafness. She then took me slowly through the account setup and ensured that I could operate it. Very much appreciated. Reviewed on: 20th March 2024
