I have used the Yarm Darlington branch for over 20 years and I definitely highly recommend the branch. Customer service is amazing, exceeding my expectations everytime. Whatever questions I have had over the years, the staff have always been able to help me. They are very friendly but also professional. Tom has helped me change to a different account and also helped my son with his accounts. Tom was very knowledgeable and supportive. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024

The service provided was excellent. The only issue I had was finding your head office as the signage is very poor outside and I had to phone to ask for directions. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024

I have been extremely impressed with the very professional, personal service I have received - since first visiting the branch, phoning with an enquiry and seeing Sandra today. Our appointment was made by an employee at your head office on the understanding that we would be able to transact the business we needed. Your local rep (Sandra) explained that this was not usually possible but used her knowledge to overcome this. Sandra was 5 star but Head Office was 1 star, hence my score.
