Always been happy with the service. Staff are approachable and helpful, however I have closed my account due to access. As a wheelchair user I find the accessible entrance to be awkward, coming off a side street and on a slope, this feels like I am using the backdoor, something which I do not like. Within the branch there is limited space which would be difficult in a wheelchar to manouvre when the branch is busy. Reviewed on: 13th February 2024
