Very efficient and friendly staff. Chantel was excellent. Why is it necessary to go online to find branch opening times when the recorded message could include it. No distinction between marketing and my specific account with regards communications. The latter should always be by post. Reviewed on: 24th November 2023

Helpful and easy process to set-up new accounts. Online use - awful re: finding birth year to sign-up. Lots of online accounts have better systems and calendars to find birthdate for sign up procedure. Please change this. Reviewed on: 24th November 2023
