I like the prompt response to telephone calls and letters. I like that you have branches that I could travel to, if necessary. I like that not all accounts have to be run online, I don't have confidence in running accounts online, so this is important. Reviewed on: 3rd November 2023

Good customer service from the Darlington Building society.

I have dealt with the Isa transfer team Gabi and Simon recently, over the maturing of my one year product and found them to be very polite and helpful.
