Opening hours of branches needs to increase to 5pm, also smaller branches to increase hours from 2pm to 5pm, and also open branches in towns that don't have one, e.g. Thirsk. Thirsk needs a proper building society as Nationwide is reducing its hours. Reviewed on: 31st October 2023
