Putting things right

I have several accounts with the DBS, when the new on line access became available I decided to make use of it. For some reason I could not gain access so I called the Helpdesk. I was putting all of my details in correctly the problem continued. The penny then dropped, how do you spell Michael, that was the problem! The lady then rectified the spelling, not only that, she would make the branch aware of the misspelling and have my accounts corrected. Problem solved in a friendly and professional manner by the lady with the lovely Scottish accent. Reviewed on: 8th September 2023

As we live in Thornton le Dale, it would be very helpful to have a branch closer, e.g. Helmsley or Pickering or Scarborough, as it's a 100 mile journey to Northallerton. Reviewed on: 8th September 2023
