Trying to get my daughter jointly on my account as my knees hurt too often to get to DBS at times also withdrawal of money. Let people know you cant open a DBS account unless you live near by Accounts for the grandkids, you sent p.copies of all my daughters personal information back to her in post (who knows why?) you contreviened serious privacy/banking laws and the envelpoe had been opened in the post. You are very to complaint/ prosicution in this area. Counter staff are great your systems very poor. Reviewed on: 30th April 2022
