I dealt with Laura who was very pleasant and efficient - she highlighted sections of "opening new account" form - without her efficient and help it would have been difficult to fill the form in - these need totally revising and made more user friendly - all helpful communication and email, message were dealt with in an excellent customer friendly manner Reviewed on: 4th June 2021
