Disappointed

I have been saving with Darlington for five years. Recently I tried to withdraw some money however they said I had to register for online banking. I though this was fair enough as that’s how things are done these days and it’s no drama. Sadly there was drama. This evening I was told my details don’t match the details they have and am unable to register. I can’t go into the branch because I live too far away. I’m left with an uneasy feeling that this shouldn’t be happening. I am trusting them with my life savings! Needless to say I’ll be closing my accounts as soon as I can. Reviewed on: 29th October 2020

Redcar staff are alqays efficient and friendly. Not currently happy with "no ledges" to work from, elderly especially should be able to rest on at least one to sort out books/money. You should allow this and have a staff member sanitising between customers. Could do better !!! Reviewed on: 28th October 2020
