Decent cover

Cheap first year then massive price increase in second year.

Found the first years quote quite reasonable then on the first renewal the price rose by 5 to 6 times the original premium. Reviewed on: 12th July 2017

Excellent Service

I recently purchased Direct Line Landlord Insurance and the level of customer service was excellent. They answered all questions I had, called me back when they said they would, allowed me to purchase online after getting a quote to enable me to get cashback, and best of all, price matched the quote I'd had from a cheaper and much lesser known insurer. I have read the policy thoroughly and appears to be fully comprehensive and I feel safe in the knowledge that we have purchased this product. Reviewed on: 26th May 2016
