Absolute Scam

Almost every single interaction with discount has been disappointing. After making two claims, I was told on the second claim that I needed to pay someone to diagnose the problem before they could come out. These people are aware that I now live in the states. I could go on and on but my genuine belief is that this is a Scam. Based on my experience, they are not fit for purpose and should be fined by the FCA. My case is still ongoing and that's a fraction of the truth. Reviewed on: 31st August 2025

Had a terrible experience this year after insuring with discount insurance for years. Never got the promised call back, had a very irritated person on the phone, still have not received my quotes, Very shocked on how I have been treated after years of insuring with no claims ever.
