Ben was excellent!

After being on hold for 20 minutes or so, listening to abhorrent tinny music and the auto bot thanking me for my patience which is also as annoying as it is insincere, my call was answered by Ben. Ben was clear speaking and easy to understand, he listened carefully to what I needed and was helpful in finding the best solution.
