Good but...

Competitive prices, but when it comes to renewal they don't try hard enough to keep you on board and offer much higher premiums than the year before. Reviewed on: 6th September 2019

Awful waiting on the telephone and too long winded sorting out quotes.

Not too bad

Stayed with this company for an extra year because they were willing to drop the price to match a better quote from another company. However, they were quick to blame me when I got into an accident so they wouldn't have to pay out and got quite rude when I tried to disagree! Reviewed on: 26th August 2016

CheekyCharges Campaigner

Good customer service once i called - but i shouldn't have had to. Had spent a year with them and get the requote from them is £80 a year more despite having no claims. I managed to get them down over the phone to save moving but why is it the default to rip off customers? Reviewed on: 27th February 2016
