A great company to work with

Endsleigh are committed to providing the best cover for students and young people and want to support landlords to do so . Excellent Customer Service

It is very easy to contact Endsleigh's Britished based customer service centre on the phone. I had to change the policy holder name on the Landlords insurance when my mother, the policyholder died and I took over the ownership of the property. This was done sensitively, efficiently, with no fuss and no additional charge. Reviewed on: 4th July 2019

Really helpful when it came to making a no-blame claim

A car, which fortunately was fully insured, ran out of control and crashed through my garden fence, damaged the lawn and knocked over a mature privet hedge. Endsliegh were a dream to deal with. The contacted the police, arranged the finance for the repair and recovered my £250 excess on my behalf. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2019

Pro-active in retaining customers

Endsleigh contacted me as they realised that my premium had gone up considerably and that I might be disappointed. They were able to tailor the insurance to suit my needs and my budget, and so have succeeded in retaining me for a further year. Explanations of cover levels etc well explained.
