Slow, unorganised and with glitches in the system!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They sen emails with nudges that instalment payments were not made, although everything was paid on time. nothing is clear from the statement their provide and they ridiculously take 5 working days to answer your email! the communication with customer service is awfully slow and it seems like they don't understand their system either. that is not something that a company that deals with money should have in offer!!! As it should be...

I haven't really got much to say, as my experience with Afford It Now has been mostly uneventful, which is why I give 5 stars, as all services should be this way. Applying - easy, quick, no issues, as I would wish. During agreement - what's there to say? Payments are debited as agreed. Completion - a letter is received to confirm. I said "mostly" uneventful, as for my previous agreement I did contact Afford It Now to request that I settle the remaining balance early. They helpfully highlighted that I would be missing out on the payments made on my behalf (my agreement was linked to a Vitality account), but I explained that it's entirely my own choosing as I am tidying up all my credit accounts, which they appreciated. A quick debit card payment over the phone, and it was settled. Once again - easy, and as all services should be! Reviewed on: 7th June 2019
