Slow, unorganised and with glitches in the system!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They sen emails with nudges that instalment payments were not made, although everything was paid on time. nothing is clear from the statement their provide and they ridiculously take 5 working days to answer your email! the communication with customer service is awfully slow and it seems like they don't understand their system either. that is not something that a company that deals with money should have in offer!!! Hassle-free application and great customer care

I used Afford It Now as a credit source for my Apple watch as part of my private health benefit and the whole experience has been simple and straightforward from day one! I have also communicated by phone with their customer services team and they were extremely helpful. Reviewed on: 6th June 2019

Worked in the end

Overall the arrangement is working well. The reason it doesn't get maximum score is because the process of adding an additional loan to the account was a little harder than it should have been and I kept getting messages saying my credit score might be adversely affected if I carried on instead of assisting me to complete the process. Easy to use and great customer service.

I have a couple of finance contracts with them and it was so easy to setup. Had a problem with the debit for one of them but they sorted it all on the phone and were happy to write off the interest despite it being a mistake on my end.
