Don’t hold your breath. Put a claim in for hire car excess in March. This still has not been paid. So far up to 50 emails with their claim team. Totally useless. Reviewed on: 21st August 2026

Additional driver included doesnt have to be a UK resident

Really flexible and cost-effective insurance

The Eversure hire car excess insurance provides excellent, broad coverage at a very reasonable cost. The fact that I was able to name all 4 members of my family as named drivers and then also have coverage for anyone named as a driver on a car any of us hires is fantastic. Fantastic policy.

Took out a yearly policy as we had several trips in mind. Gave me piece of mind. I did need to claim on the policy for minor car parking damage. Very straightforward claims procedure and prompt payment. Will certainly use Eversure again. Reviewed on: 5th September 2019

Stop the Rip Off
