Excellent service and communications

First response finance have been great it’s myself after loosing my job and been unable to make payments . Ford Purchase

All of the staff that i spoke to over the phone in relation to my vehicle finance where always polite and courteous and they explained all of the monthly repayment and apr details. The apr of 21.9% is higher than what i a m used to paying monthly for vehicle finance and as i have live accounts with both experian and equifax i am aware of a settled incorrect "default" on my credit file settled in early 2023 which could have resulted in my high apr of which i did make First Response's staff aware of during my finance application submission.
