Shocking Service

My wife applied for finance and we uploaded all information as requested. As my wife doesn't have a full license yet I (her husband) uploaded my license details. Their website allowed us to do this and there were no problems at this time.The only thing we had to do was view the car and then go back on their website to confirm. I (her husband) left work early next day to view the car. On my way home the garage telephoned me to say the application had declined. Upon returning home my wife had missed a call at 4.30 (even though the call was booked for 4.45) so it was only then we knew it had been declined (at this point I had already been to view the car.) Why wait all day to notify it had been declined knowing full well we were going to view the car. My wife was really upset and I wasted my time and fuel going to view the car. Fantastic company.

I have had 2 cars and a motorcycle through First Response and have had nothing but positive experiences with them . Every single aspect of what they do has been easy, quick , professional and friendly. Hoping to upgrade to a bigger Motorcycle later this year and will not hesitate to use First Response again. Brilliant

On my second car with first response had no problems easy to set up and easy to keep track on their website. I have even been sent chocolate and gift cards which is a nice touch. Awesome company definitely stay with these when want to upgrade. Reviewed on: 14th May 2023

First Response deserve to win they work promptly with the dealer pay them promptly look after you from start to finish tailor your payments to suit you and if something goes wrong with your vehicle they will help get it repaired and always look after you as the customer I would always recommend them and if I wanted to purchase a car I wouldn’t fail to use them for finance Reviewed on: 14th May 2023
