I have a poor credit rating and the day before five finance companies turned me down. When first response rang me and told me they could help, I was sceptical, but once they explained how they worked I went ahead with the application and was accepted. I was first paying weekly and when I changed jobs and was paid monthly, I ran them up, answered quickly, sorted payment details out, without hesitation. I have informed them I will be having operation soon and could be off work for six weeks and may not be able to make payment whilst off work.they said no problem , just keep us updated. Quick no fuss experience!

First response helped me obtain a great car at a very reasonable rate. It was my first experience of applying for Car Finance and although my credit score wasn't great, First response helped me to get a reliable car which was just what I needed at the time as I was about to go on Holiday that day and needed a reliable car. Customer service was really helpful and friendly and they talked me through everything to make sure that I understood the whole process.
