LISTENS AND IMPROVES FOR THE CUSTOMER!

I have been a free trade customer since they first opened. It's been a great experience. Even when they try to make the experience better by creating new products which may limit some people. Eg some shares can only be purchased if you have a paid subscription, they listen to their customers and made some more shares accessible for those not willing to pay subscriptions for whatever reason.
