Great customer service & support

Poor service

Poor customer service. I decided to give up the premium stuff as I did not get quick responses to the chat messages. The one shining light on "customer service" was the superb work by two heavy community contributors (@NielB and especially @bitflip). @NeilB made it a fun place and wanted to stick around with Freetrade because it was "cool". Whereas @bitflip gave no-nonsense help and seemed to do a lot of the cleaning up that made the site easier to navigate. Alas, they were both chased off by (incompetent) management. On the plus side for many pockets this might be the cheapest place for you - but do your sums Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023

A friendly approach

Undeniably, investing in stocks, etfs, reits, bonds and so on is complex. The market is saturated with options. Whereas the majority of options look at the customer as an opportunity, Freetrade are just there. No pushy sales techniques, no options to boom or bust and no 'advice'. It is rare to find a company in this space that are self aware. Freetrade seem to have this quality and it is an undeniably a virtue. Simple, reliable & ever-improving.

I've found Freetrade to be a reliable and effective way of building up some wealth from my savings. It is easy to use and has been available even on low speed Internet speeds.
