You join to save money, you stay because it's all just super easy.

So yes of course, the inital big draw is the lack of transaction dealing fees (other than the usual fx & stamp duty requirements). This alone makes FreeTrade highly attractive to retail investors, be they small first time investors or more experienced sophisticated investors alike. But beyond that initial hook, you quickly realise just how awesome the whole user experience really is. The app interface is very user friendly, clean without unnecessary clutter & gets the job done with absolutely no fuss. The dashboard has everything you need to monitor how things are going & of course adjusting your portfolio is a doddle. This really is a product that has been built from scratch with end users in mind, without any of those legacy system issues or restrictions that other providers frequently encounter. Then there's the super efficient customer service team. You won't need to contact them very often, the app handles everything first time everytime, but remember those halcien days when companies used to actually respond within 2 to 3 days, not wait a week. FreeTrade go one better, they reach out to emails & messages within an hour or two, super hands on & really taking ownership of any query. Haven't tried the live chat help, haven't had the need to, but I can guess they've all over that to with relish. Outstanding product & service, this is how easy & engaging companies should be.
