Freetrade has opened up a whole new world to us

My partner and I were always ones to save, never to invest. The world of self-managed investment seemed scary, but the Freetrade platform has made it easy and intuitive. Their additional support on their website makes understanding investing much more straightforward. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2022

Amazing stock selection and customer service

I trade on various platforms, but freetrade is becoming one of my favourites. The reason is that it offers a wide stock selection second to none, even some of the more established, recognised platforms in this space. Also it’s an easy to use , friendly platform for less experienced traders, like my family, including my 81yr old mum!! The customer service, especially the alerts is timely, helpful but not intrusive. And it seems to be getting better, with new features being added. I’m thinking of taking out their SIPP, and the 3% interest rate on their plus account is great! Also I’ve not had any platform issues, such as bugs or crashes.. So what’s not to like?… I’ll continue recommending the platform, and get a odd free share for doing so. Thanks Freetrade, I’ll be staying for a while…. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2022

The most friendly and ethical investment platform available.

Having used Freetrade platform for over a year I have found it to be a very refreshing and pleasant experience. From the customer service experience and the friendly faces on the emails and notifications to the investment opportunities offered there is nothing to fault. What attracts me most is their service and ethical stance towards the retail investor. In not offering some complex trading options which in many situations can be detrimental to the retail investor Freetrade stands apart as a platform that honestly cares. Original and excellent

Freetrade really makes trading easy, commission free, the app is wonderful and constantly evolving. Customer service is second to none. Love the fact that they tell you market news relating to your shares well in advance of changes happening. Keep up the excellent work. Glad I invested in the crowdfunding. Simple and great customer experience

While Freetrade's offering needs a bit extra for more technical users, the app is simple to use and customer services are quick to respond, help out and follow up. Setting up accounts is ready, finding stocks is straight forward and tracking your portfolio performance is a swipe away.
