Great intuitive app

Very easy to use and love that I can buy fractional shares with no charges Reviewed on: 1st February 2022

Financially liberating and easy to use

Downloaded Freetrade after much reading and review. Very pleased with how easy it is to use. The huge list of companies to choose from allows for you to tailor your own investments to your preference. The lack of commission charges makes this really appealing to the rookie/amateur investor and was one of the main reasons I chose Freetrade. Some features (like buy and sell limits) only available to subscription customers, which is my only disappointment. Overall a brilliant app and service. I’m really happy and as long as they keep up these standards, I don’t see me looking anywhere else. Reviewed on: 1st February 2022

For learners

There is a gap between their claimed ethos and practice. They have been unresponsive to shareholders and forum users. They made people subscribing for their R7 to do this through Crowdcube which potentially cause subscribers to lose money through new middleman fees. Their reporting capabilities are very very poor - if have a lot of book keeping to do if you use this service. There are many other niggles so I don‘t encourage people to move from quality brokers such as Intetactive Investor just yet Reviewed on: 1st February 2022

Layman investing (in a good way!)

Very easy to use, and great transparency around pricing, with the need to calculate fees on each trade etc. Reviewed on: 1st February 2022
